Below You will find details of some of our Success Stories
Christopher Moore
Age 17Years From Loftus
Having left school with only two GCSE passes, Chris initially found it difficult to get in to the type of work he would have liked, having started his employment career with Flamingo Land during the summer season of 2007 on a short term contract which finished in Oct 2007 after which he gained employment with The Stables Restaurant, Unfortunately that only lasted 2 months and Christopher was out of work, after several months of job seeking Chris contacted the Wisegroup and was invited for an informal interview to discuss his situation and barriers to employment.
After 1 week of Advice & Guidance he was placed with Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council as a clean & Green Operative working at the Skelton depot.
He made a very promising start and it was not long before he was offered full-time employment within the role he occupied as an ILM Trainee.
Christopher is enjoying his time with Redcar & Cleveland Council and was pleased with the support and assistance provided
